A Global Understanding is a vision for all of humanity to embrace the ideas that we have long known of, yet not fully embrace.
We are creating constructive, productive, peaceful, global dialogue centered around the heart-felt belief that we are ALL ONE, we are all equal, we belong, and we need each other.
Our ideology revolves around unity, empathy, harmony, and individual evolution; emphasizing the importance of interconnectedness, mutual respect, and inner development as foundations for a more balanced, compassionate, and cohesive world.
The way we accomplish this, is together, by bringing out the best in each other. At a Global Understand, we focus on peace of mind, clarity, creativity, self expression, direction, fulfillment, and satisfaction. We do this both one on one and in groups.

I was born with a powerful desire to help people find relief from whatever weighs on them. I began with a love of fitness, exercise and sports. Eager to expand my knowledge, I completed over 3,500 hours of education and training across a broad spectrum of health and healing modalities. In my twenties, I served as both general manager and personal trainer at a boutique facility in Beverly Hills. Through these experiences, I became a confidant—someone people found trustworthy and genuinely caring and helpful. This morphed into a career of resolving conflicts and issues on a personal and professional level. I’ve always believed that truth paves the way for genuine healing, and I have worked diligently to help create space where honest conversations are embraced.
This mission is the heart of my work, supporting “A Global Understanding” and leading people towards truth as a way of life.
